Important Information

Location: Dubai Dolphinarium, Inside the Creek Park Gate 1, Umm Hurair 2 - Dubai.

Operating Hours - 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (Wednesday - Monday) / closed - Tuesday

• Come at least 45 minutes before the show starts! Tourists are charged AED 5 to enter, and UAE citizens pay only AED 30.
• This is an introduction from the Dubai municipality.
• We recommend you come early to get good seats.
• First-come, first-served policies apply to tickets, so if we sell out before you get a chance, we'll place you on the waiting list until a spot opens up.
• Children under the age of 12 require tickets, while those over 12 will be charged at the adult rate because they are considered adults.
• Just make sure they're confident swimmers when it comes to water activities.

Important Note:

• Al Hosn App is required only for residents. Tourists need to show RT-PCR reports and vaccination certificates. 
• A valid RT-PCR test report from a UAE-based laboratory is mandatory, and it must have been conducted within the past 96 hours.
• A fully vaccinated report is required.

• Inclusions, such as the ones mentioned above, may be unavailable on weekends or specific days in accordance with government regulations. We do not have control over these closures.
• The actual transfer timings may vary by up to 30-60 minutes compared to the ones listed on our website.
• Summer-appropriate clothing is suitable throughout the year, although sweaters may be necessary in winter months due to colder weather.
• It is advisable to bring along items such as sunglasses, hats, sunscreen lotion, and more when traveling. Additionally, we provide an on-demand private transport option for all the tours we offer.
• When making a booking with us, it is your sole responsibility to ensure the safety of your personal belongings, including cameras, left in our vehicles or at travel destinations. We disclaim any responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.
• The modifications made are only visible in bold text.
• As per our tour policies, alcohol will not be served during the tour on Muslim occasions and UAE national holidays. Additionally, there will be no live entertainment provided.
• Before making any bookings, it is crucial to thoroughly review the brochure/itinerary, terms and conditions, price grid, and other relevant information, as they are all subject to change with prior notice at any given time.
• In certain locations, capturing photographs, especially of women, is strictly forbidden, unless the itinerary needs to include such photos.
• Generally, littering on public land can lead to financial consequences, such as fines, depending on the applicable local laws.
• According to UAE law, smoking is prohibited anywhere outside designated smoking areas within public spaces, including nightclubs.
• If a particular type of tourism or visit necessitates the presence of an original passport or Emirati identification card, this requirement will be indicated at the beginning of that section.
• Guests must ensure that they bring these items with them when traveling outside Dubai International Airport; otherwise, they risk forfeiting their opportunity to participate in that specific activity completely.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic or car issues, resulting in a delay or cancellation of the tour, we will make every effort to offer alternative transportation options whenever feasible.
• If a client arrives late and fails to catch their scheduled departure from the pick-up location, they will forfeit their spot on the tour and will not be eligible for a refund.
